Select ID from the main navigation menu.
Locate the specific user and click the View ID button next to their name.
Click the Print button located in the bottom right-hand corner of the ID preview.
When the print dialogue box opens, select your preferred Printer (standard paper or plastic card printer).
Click Print to finalize the physical copy.
Pro Tip: To manage your workflow, click the Print ID status next to users to create a "Needs Printing" list. You can then click the Print ID box at the top of the page to see all users awaiting a physical card

Click View ID for the user whose card back you wish to print.
Click the View Back icon to flip the digital ID to the reverse side.
Press Control + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac) on your keyboard at the same time to open the print menu.
Select your printer and click Print.
Tip: We recommend printing a batch of "backs" in advance. You can then feed these pre-printed cards back into the printer to add the unique "front" details whenever a new ID is needed.

Find the Margins field and set it to None.
Note: If you are printing to standard paper, keep the margins set to Default.
If the barcode is still cut off, it is often due to a long address. Go to your Minga Profile and shorten the address to include only the City and Zip Code.
Click Print to test the new alignment.

Does Minga allow for bulk printing or printing multiple physical IDs at one time?
No, you can only print one ID at time as Minga IDs were originally intended to serve in place of a physical ID. As a best practice, we recommend printing multiple "backs" of cards so that you can print individual IDs as needed.
How do I print a physical ID card if I am a teacher?
Only Owners, Managers, and ID Managers have access to print IDs. If you need an ID printed, reach out to an administrator at your school to either add you as an ID Manager or to print the ID.
Why is the barcode not showing up on my printed plastic ID card?
Your barcode may not be showing because the text from the school address is pushing it off the edge of the card; you can fix this by shortening the address in your Minga Profile and setting your print margins to None.
Can I print my digital ID stickers onto the physical card?
No, you cannot print digital ID stickers onto physical cards as they are a digital-only feature designed for real-time validation within the app.
