Archive Records
Good to Know: Only users with the role of Owner, Manager, or Flex Manager can edit or archive report entries.
You may need to delete a record if a student is checked into a FlexTime Activity in error. Archiving a record removes the check in from the student's history without deleting the registration data.

Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting
Issue: Students are not appearing in the dashboard check-in list.
Solution: Ensure the students are registered for that specific activity before the flex period begins. Unregistered students will not appear in these totals. If the period has started, an Admin must verify the student's schedule in the User Management section.
