Troubleshooting

Issue: My class roster is empty or missing students.

  • Solution: Ensure you have selected the correct class from the User List dropdown. If the roster is still incorrect, contact your school's Minga administrator to verify the SIS sync.

Issue: I don't see the option to message students.

  • Solution: The Communication feature is dependent on school-level settings. If this option is missing from your Category menu, it likely means your administration has disabled student chat.

Issue: My Class list names are hard to understand.

  • Solution: Class lists names are imported and dictated by information coming for your Student Information System (SIS). Sometimes this information is presented as an internal code, which is not particularly useful. List names can be manually edited using the People Manager under the User List menu.
