Learn how to identify and resolve common registration and check-in errors

Encountering an error code while managing a FlexTime activity or school event can be a hurdle for both students and staff. This guide explains what each specific error code means and provides clear steps to resolve them so you can get back to your day. By understanding these codes, you can quickly troubleshoot issues with grade restrictions, group memberships, and capacity limits.

FlexTime Error Codes

Below is a list of common error codes related specifically to event or FlexTime check-in, what they mean, and what to do next. This list does not include error codes related to Hall Passes. FlexTime Error Codes

1: Wrong grade

The studentโ€™s grade level does not match the requirements for this activity.

4: Is not a group member of allowed group
The student is not part of the required group for this activity.

5: Is on no access list
The student is on the No Access list in your Minga.

6: Is not a member of allowed registers
The student cannot register because they arenโ€™t part of an allowed register.

7: Wrong role

The student does not have the sticker/tag needed for access.

17: Needs a ticket

18: Invalid code
The code entered is incorrect or expired.

19: System error, try again later
There is a temporary system issue.

20: Unavailable in kiosk
This action cannot be completed in kiosk mode.

21: Not on required user list

  1. The specific Error Code number.

  2. The User's Name and Role.

  3. The name of the Activity or Event.
