You can view the registration status for all students across a specific Flex period to ensure no student is left without an assignment.

Navigate to FlexTime from the main menu. You will automatically land on the FlexTime Dashboard.
The Dashboard provides a high-level view of all active periods for the current day.
Click the number next to Registered under your chosen period.
This opens a list of students who are successfully assigned or registered to an activity for that period.
Click the number next to Not Registered to identify students missing assignments.
You will see a list of students who need to be assigned or registered to an activity before the period begins.

Monitoring attendance allows you to see real-time check-in data for specific activities within a Flex period.

Navigate to FlexTime from the main menu.
Under the Activities heading, locate your desired FlexTime Activity card.
Click the number next to Checked In.
This displays a list of students who have checked into the specific activity.
Click the number next to Not Checked In.
This shows a list of students who were registered but have not yet checked into the activity.
Pro Tip: You can further filter this view by selecting a specific Teacher or Flex Period from the dropdown menus at the top of the page
Detailed Reporting
You can access more granular data by clicking the Bar Graph icon on any activity or period card. This will take you to the FlexTime Reporting suite with filters automatically applied based on the item you clicked.

Issue: Students are missing from the Checked In list.
Solution: Verify that the student was registered for the activity before the Flex period started. If they were registered and still do not appear, click the Bar Graph icon to see if their check-in was recorded but filtered out of the current view.
