Before you can monitor school activity, you must be assigned the District Manager role. Your role will need to be a District Manager in Minga in order to access your district's reporting.

Click on your Name at the top of the screen to open your profile.
Locate the Role field.
If your profile displays District Manager, you have full access to district tools.

Review the list of schools utilizing Minga.
This view displays the active Minga modules, Student Information System (SIS) integration status, and high-level metrics for each school.

You will automatically switch to the selected Minga.

You cannot see Hall Pass data in the district report if that specific school does not have the Hallway Management module enabled. Reporting visibility is strictly tied to the modules currently in use by each campus.
