Navigate to the Settings menu on your dashboard.
Click on the Settings tab and select Minga Resets.
Select the Option that corresponds to the data you wish to clear:
Points and Leaderboard: This resets both user points and rankings across the platform.
βLeaderboard - Wipes all leaderboard rankings and removes points from users' profiles. The points are still accessible through reports.
Groups and Members: This deletes all existing Groups, their associated content, and all members within them.
Group Members Only: This removes all members from Groups but keeps the Group Owner in place.
Content: This removes all posts and media from every feed in your Minga.
Automation Counters: This resets the tracking numbers for all active Automations.
Click the Confirm or Reset button to finalize your choice.
Attention: Resetting these modules is a permanent action and cannot be undone once you click reset.
Updating your Roster Settings
We strongly recommend setting up Automatic Rostering so your departing students will be archived and incoming students added automatically!
Ensure you have Auto-update and Archive enabled for students, teachers, and staff to keep user information accurate and up-to-date.
We also recommend ensuring that the correct terms are selected under the setting Manage class rosters to be synced. These are not automatically selected at the start or end of terms and can affect which class lists are automatically rostered:
