The Subscription page provides a centralized view of your active modules, contract dates, and real-time usage metrics. Accessing Subscription Details

The Subscription page is the administrative hub for your school's contract and platform health.

Step-by-step Guide to Accessing Your Subscription Details

  1. Click on Settings from the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Click on the Subscription tab.

    • The Subscription dashboard will display your school name, account status, and current contract dates.

ProTip: Most Minga subscriptions are set to expire on June 30th to align with the end of the standard school year. For questions about your subscription, reach out to your Account Executive.


Reviewing Active and Available Solutions

Minga is is solution based, meaning you can see which features are currently live for your school and which can be added.

Step-by-step Guide to Viewing Your Active Solutions

  1. Under the Minga Solutions heading you can see all available solutions

  2. Solutions that are not included in your subscription will have a Learn more option and the Request upgrade button.

  3. Click Learn more to see an in-depth explanation of the solution.

  4. To request access to a specific solution, click Request upgrade.

    • This action will populate a booking screen where you can select a time to chat with an Account Executive.


Usage Statistics and Reports

Usage statistics provide a high-level overview of how your staff and students are interacting with the platform.

Step-by-step Guide to Viewing Usage Reports

  1. Select Settings from the main menu.

  2. Click on the Reports tab.

  3. Enter the desired date range.

  4. Select done.

  5. Review the available metrics:

    • Number of Active Users

    • Number of Active Students

    • Number of Posts

    • Number of Hall Passes assigned

    • Number of Check Ins assigned

    • Number of Behaviors assigned

  6. Compare these numbers against your total license count to measure school-wide adoption.


FAQs

How do I know when my Minga subscription ends?

You can find your contract end date by navigating to the Subscription tab within the Minga menu; most typical contracts run until June 30th of the current school year.

Can a Teacher or Admin see the Subscription page?

Only users with the Owner role can see the Subscription page to protect sensitive school account and billing information.
