Minga is hosted in partnership with Google Cloud through the Google Education Platform Partner Program. This partnership allows Minga to offer enterprise-grade security, redundancy, and scalability to schools and districts. By leveraging Google’s infrastructure, we ensure that the platform can grow alongside your school's needs while maintaining peak performance.

Minga is built using a 3-Tier Architecture. This design separates the platform into distinct layers to optimize security and efficiency. We utilize industry best practices at each level to meet or exceed the rigorous data security, privacy, and protection requirements of the education industry. This structure ensures that student and staff data remains isolated and protected from unauthorized access.

We maintain a multi-layered backup strategy to ensure your data is always safe. Minga performs automated daily backups within our Google Cloud environment. To provide maximum redundancy, we also perform automated, off-site backups to a third party. These practices allow us to offer industry-leading Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for system uptime, data recovery, and return of service.
